Grant is an internationally recognised Enterprise Risk & Resilience leader, ESG professional and Non-Executive Director who works with global organisations on developing, enhancing and building their capabilities to create sustainable and resilient future-ready enterprises.
Throughout his 25 year career Grant has held senior executive and board roles in ASX, LSE, CAC40, Euronext, NYSE and NASDAQ listed companies in energy & natural resources, engineering & construction, manufacturing, technology and financial services having held leadership positions in strategy & business development, mergers & acquisitions, risk, regulation & compliance, and enterprise business, risk & digital transformation programmes.
He has worked extensively on enterprise risk management, corporate governance and ESG transformation programmes for clients in Australia & Asia Pacific, UK and EMEA helping them to innovate and to succeed in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.
Grant is retained as a risk, ESG and board advisor for corporate advisory firms and industry bodies in addition to being a regular conference keynote speaker, expert panellist and panel chair.
He is also an experienced facilitator and trainer having developed and deliver internationally recognised courses on Risk, Resilience, ESG and Board Practice.
Grant is a Global Ambassador for the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and is Chair of the IRM Energy & Renewables Special Interest Group; his other memberships include the Institute of Directors, the Energy Institute, and the Institute of Strategic Risk Management.
