Gavin is driven by a mission to create a better future for his children and the next generation by championing people- and planet-positive values. Passionate about wild swimming and the outdoors, he supports environmentally and socially responsible causes.
The 2024 Net Zero Heroes award winner, Gavin is a serial entrepreneur with seven successful company launches since 1995, including exits to IBM, HP, and Sun Microsystems.
In 2021, he established THINK Partnership, a consultancy dedicated to helping businesses bring their sustainable growth goals to life by integrating sustainability principles into their core operations for greater resilience and success. He also co-founded the Scottish Net Zero Community, leading 80 SMEs to COP26, and Net Zero Nation, a non-profit enabling 150 SMEs to achieve Net Zero goals and win awards.
Today, Gavin along with Ray Black and expert affiliates lead sustainable growth programs enabling companies to future-proof their businesses. They also provide fractional executive support and guidance on strategy, innovation, environment and socially responsible business.
