Dr. Bimal Roy Bhanu
Co-Founder
Dr Bimal is a successful entrepreneur and has over 25 years of senior professional experience in both public and private sector. Aside from working at a senior level for global blue-chip companies, he was the co-founder of Audit XPRT Ltd – a company developed from start-up to global operation, developing ground-breaking AI solutions in Audit and Compliance, and now in operation in Big 4 firms from the UK to SE Asia and Americas.

Audit XPRT was acquired by a UK PLC in late 2021. Prior to that he co-founded Eduworks UK which was a cutting-edge AI software company working with global blue chip organisations.
Nadeem Shakoor
Co-Founder
Nadeem has over 25 years commercial experience in the software industry internationally. Nadeem has worked with the leading players in the Energy, IT and Government sectors.

In the last decade, Nadeem has been instrumental in developing solutions using AI and Machine Learning in the areas of Compliance, Auditing, ESG and CSR.

He is a commercial and risk specialist with extensive global networks and experience in the Technology, Finance and IT industries. Financial. In 2021 he exited from Audit XPRT which was sold to a UK PLC.
Dipankar Ghosh
CTO - Product Development & Technology Solutions
Dipankar brings more than 25 years of information technology  experience to the role of building software products and providing technology solutions to the industry. Solutions developed and delivered include Health and Safety, Quality Management, Risk and Business Continuity Management. The last was a 3-year-in-a-row award winning Business Continuity Management software product which was used by several large organisations in the UK and US.

He is passionate about the potential of technology applications that can transform the way business is done. He also works with several manufacturing companies to help them digitalize their operations using AI for Big Data and Predictive Analytics. He has a degree in engineering and diplomas in management and  statistics.
Shiva Shankar N
Head of Software Development
Shiva is a complete IT professional and brings with him over 35 years of experience in software development, consulting, and project management in India and overseas. He has led numerous successful projects, demonstrating proficiency in leveraging Microsoft tools and platforms to drive innovation and efficiency. His expertise spans across a wide array of technologies, including Windows/Linux, .NET framework, Azure and AWS cloud services, and SQL databases. His domain expertise is in manufacturing, financial data processing and e-commerce.

He has worked as Group IT Head of companies such as KGM Group in West Africa and Ganges International in Tamil Nadu, India. Shiva has a degree in Computer Science and Application.
Kathyaini Nandagopal
ESG SME and Senior DA
Kathy is a software engineer, ESG SME and heads the data analysis function within the team. She has been involved in the development and management of ESG Disclose Software.
Michael Baxter
Partner
Michael is a technology, economics and investment writer, and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Techopian Limited, partnered with ESG Disclose, focusing on ESG content and events and media advisor to the fast-growing start-up, OCI.
